What is the best/cheapest way to train magic to 99? Alcs are always possible, but i would rather train in combat for the HP xp. Ideas?

magic is really hard to train cheeply during combat but i do know of fast profitable ways to train for instance
iron,steel, and mith drags (polyspore)
geo beasts (polyspore)
if you love charms rock lobsters (ice burst)
also for non combat theres curse alcing 140k exp p/h

equipt full rune and boots with black vamps and a mud staff use curse on skellington usually at edgeville wildy then alc its sorta like a glitch you can cast the spells at the same time

99 fletching 
All you gotta do is get to 55 fletching then make Maple Longs gets you about 14m cash so you dont lose anything either.. also very afkable
