Some of the pics were when dicing was still in game. But the recent ones are with dragon dyce clan, they do IRC/Swiftkit dicing now if you didn't know.

what you could do for killing in pk is combos such as ranging 2h and range then a spell

Most of gambling happens in world 2 of the Grand Exchange. But be cautious in finding a legitimate host. The safest way is to find clans that host gambling. In my opinion they are the safest. Mogg has recommended Dragon Dyce.
