    I buy bulk loads i have 500k rune arrows also and then i sell them back to GE for like 5gp higher each it pays off once you can afford.

    Cant say my profit margin you can choose different items to flip, go for items that people need like ores and stuff. 500k rune arrows only costed me like 80mil by the way.
